HQC Limited was founded in 1986 by an experienced team of managers previously employed by the Rainford Group, a leading European manufacturer of metal cabinets / enclosures for the telecommunications industry, and where Keith Parkes was Contracts Manager. In March 2004, HQC announced the completion of a Management Buyout by members of its senior management team. The management team, led by newly appointed Managing Director, Keith Parkes, Finance Director, Sheila Bowden, Business Development Manager, Peter O’Neale and Sales Director, Eoghan McTiernan, took control of the business on 16th March 2004, with the full and ongoing support of the departing owners. |
